Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with MPHOSPH9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by MPHOSPH9-low versus MPHOSPH9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
