Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPHOSPH9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,051 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint. Each is linked with MPHOSPH9 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by MPHOSPH9-low versus MPHOSPH9-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
