MPHOSPH8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPHOSPH8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,534 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPHOSPH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP2L2, ZC3H13, and USPL1. Each is linked with MPHOSPH8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH8-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
