Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH6P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,062 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH6P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone methylation, Obsolete histone modification, and Obsolete regulation of histone methylation. Each is linked with MPHOSPH6P1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH6P1-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH6P1 results are reported.
