MPHOSPH6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,959 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPHOSPH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MUC17, and PLXNA3. Each is linked with MPHOSPH6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH6-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by MPHOSPH6-low versus MPHOSPH6-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
