Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPHOSPH6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,403 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, RNA 5'-end processing, and Double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with MPHOSPH6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH6-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication initiation grouped by MPHOSPH6-low versus MPHOSPH6-high in PANCREAS.
