Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MPHOSPH10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MPHOSPH10 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MPHOSPH10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MPHOSPH10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where MPHOSPH10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
