MPHOSPH10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,718 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPHOSPH10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF3, DNAJC2, and MSH2. Each is linked with MPHOSPH10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH10-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPHOSPH10 versus CPSF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
