Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,699 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHCY, NCAPD2, and CDCA3. Each is linked with MPHOSPH10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH10-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPHOSPH10 versus AHCY in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
