Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDECP1, UQCRC1, and RNA5SP240. Each is linked with MPHOSPH10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH10-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIDECP1 grouped by MPHOSPH10-low versus MPHOSPH10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
