MPHOSPH10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPHOSPH10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,930 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPHOSPH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEBPZ, PSME4, and USP34. Each is linked with MPHOSPH10 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH10-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPHOSPH10 versus CEBPZ in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPHOSPH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPHOSPH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
