Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPHOSPH10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,358 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPHOSPH10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with MPHOSPH10 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH10-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity grouped by MPHOSPH10-low versus MPHOSPH10-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
