Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,412 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP4, CIAO3, and UBE2I. Each is linked with MPG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPG-to-partner and partner-to-MPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPG versus TFAP4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
