Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPDZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,159 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPDZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBLN1, HDGFL3, and VCAN. Each is linked with MPDZ in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPDZ-to-partner and partner-to-MPDZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPDZ versus FBLN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
