Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPDZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,165 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPDZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are FERMT2, PTPN21, and FAT3. Each is linked with MPDZ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPDZ-to-partner and partner-to-MPDZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPDZ versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPDZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPDZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
