MPDZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPDZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,469 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPDZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS2, CHAC2, and SHMT2. Each is linked with MPDZ in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPDZ-to-partner and partner-to-MPDZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS2 grouped by MPDZ-low versus MPDZ-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPDZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPDZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
