MPDZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MPDZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 187 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPDZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMYD1, OR2B2, and HCRTR2. Each is linked with MPDZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPDZ-to-partner and partner-to-MPDZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMYD1 grouped by MPDZ-low versus MPDZ-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPDZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPDZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
