Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,194 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MPC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, SCAMP3, and TIPRL. Each is linked with MPC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC2-to-partner and partner-to-MPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPC2 versus PLEKHA6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
