Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,537 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPC1, CHST14, and TMEM45A. Each is linked with MPC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPC2-to-partner and partner-to-MPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MPC2 versus MPC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
