MOXD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,147 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOXD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, RASA3, and RSU1. Each is linked with MOXD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOXD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOXD1 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
