MOXD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOXD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS3, ELN, and ADGRD1. Each is linked with MOXD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOXD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOXD1 versus MAGI2-AS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
