MOXD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOXD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN3KRP, OR1R1P, and RNA5SP441. Each is linked with MOXD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOXD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FN3KRP grouped by MOXD1-low versus MOXD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
