Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MOV10L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MOV10L1 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher MOV10L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MOV10L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
PAAD, PRAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where MOV10L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
