MOV10L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOV10L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOV10L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCAT, ENO2, and COX7A2. Each is linked with MOV10L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOV10L1-to-partner and partner-to-MOV10L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCAT grouped by MOV10L1-low versus MOV10L1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOV10L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOV10L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
