MOSPD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,647 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, PDAP1, and DNAJC1. Each is linked with MOSPD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD3-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOSPD3 versus MEPCE in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
