MOSPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P1, RN7SL549P, and TFAMP2. Each is linked with MOSPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD3-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P1 grouped by MOSPD3-low versus MOSPD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
