Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,348 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOSPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC7, FCER1G, and CD33. Each is linked with MOSPD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD2-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOSPD2 versus SIGLEC7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
