MOSPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOSPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,030 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOSPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKAP, VAMP7, and PHF6. Each is linked with MOSPD1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOSPD1-to-partner and partner-to-MOSPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOSPD1 versus NKAP in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOSPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOSPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
