Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTAN1, LRRC59, and GRPEL1. Each is linked with MOS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTAN1 grouped by MOS-low versus MOS-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
