Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, PDK1_pS241, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with MOS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K grouped by MOS-low versus MOS-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
