MOS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANK2, COL6A2, and ADCY10. Each is linked with MOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANK2 grouped by MOS-low versus MOS-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
