Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MOS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L17, FBXW10, and NUPR2. Each is linked with MOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOS-to-partner and partner-to-MOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L17 grouped by MOS-low versus MOS-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
