Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,334 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, DFFA, and TCEA3. Each is linked with MORN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN1-to-partner and partner-to-MORN1 results are reported.
