Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,795 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MORN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIH1D1, ELK3, and SLC16A6. Each is linked with MORN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN1-to-partner and partner-to-MORN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORN1 versus PIH1D1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
