Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MORN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORN1-to-partner and partner-to-MORN1 results are reported.
