Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MORC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MORC4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MORC4 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MORC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and GBM are the cancer types where MORC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
