MORC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, LINC02380, and MIR7159. Each is linked with MORC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC4-to-partner and partner-to-MORC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by MORC4-low versus MORC4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
