MORC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, c-Met_pY1235, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with MORC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC4-to-partner and partner-to-MORC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by MORC4-low versus MORC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
