Across TCGA cell cohorts, MORC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,868 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition, and Golgi to lysosome transport. Each is linked with MORC4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC4-to-partner and partner-to-MORC4 results are reported.
