MORC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MORC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPPLY1, TCF21, and CBLN4. Each is linked with MORC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC4-to-partner and partner-to-MORC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIPPLY1 grouped by MORC4-low versus MORC4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
