MORC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,871 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, ELAVL1, and THOC5. Each is linked with MORC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC2-to-partner and partner-to-MORC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORC2 versus SNRPD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
