Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MORC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, LIN9, and MEX3A. Each is linked with MORC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC2-to-partner and partner-to-MORC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORC2 versus CCNB1IP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
