MORC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLCN, COX11, and TAF9. Each is linked with MORC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC2-to-partner and partner-to-MORC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FLCN grouped by MORC2-low versus MORC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
