MORC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, GAPDH, and Bid. Each is linked with MORC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC2-to-partner and partner-to-MORC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MORC2-low versus MORC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
