MORC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MORC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,856 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR14L, BRD1, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with MORC2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC2-to-partner and partner-to-MORC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORC2 versus PRR14L in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
