MORC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MORC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 884 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C3, PLA2G2D, and IL25. Each is linked with MORC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC2-to-partner and partner-to-MORC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C3 grouped by MORC2-low versus MORC2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
