MORC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NBEA, ARHGAP17_S575, and NRBP2_S209. Each is linked with MORC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC1-to-partner and partner-to-MORC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MORC1 versus NBEA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
