MORC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MORC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MORC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, eIF4E, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MORC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MORC1-to-partner and partner-to-MORC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by MORC1-low versus MORC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MORC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MORC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
