Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MON1B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MON1B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MON1B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MON1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and GBM are the cancer types where MON1B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
