MOGS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MOGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,438 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MOGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNX3, ZNF746, and NPLOC4. Each is linked with MOGS in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MOGS-to-partner and partner-to-MOGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MOGS versus PCNX3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MOGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MOGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
